The flooding in Metro Manila last week

The rain last week made me very nervous and bad yeah it was bad to be stranded because it felt like shit.
The rain on metro manila killed several people last week because of diseases and floods that devastated the low lying places and the rains innudated the Pasig river basin which made it overflow with water.
The rain also caused many to be stranded due to flood and heavy rains which made people desperate to go home but cannot due to the flooding because the flood rendered the streets unpassable and turned them into temporary rivers.

That is par for the course in low-lying areas like España. But what about V. Luna street in Quezon City that was never flooded before? Why was it suddenly flooded one day so that many vehicles stalled and had to be pushed to higher ground by men waiting there? Workers of the MMDA found the drainage pipes blocked with rocks and garbage. Were the rocks lodged there by the floodwaters or purposely placed there to block the drainage pipe and cause the flooding? I think the MMDA should look into this.

The flood was caused by the Garbage that are dumped on streams and rivers, this has been always the story, it was the Garbage dumped on the rivers and lakes that damaged the Pasig river basin, the people especially those squatters don't know how to throw garbage properly and they polute the rivers and the streams and thankfully I am not one of them and this flood made wish that those squatters would be evicted and the rightful owners of those lands are made priority so this is a karma to those people who always throw garbage on the rivers especially to those squatters. The flood was a karma and it always comes back like in last year during Ondoy, I hope so it does not come back again.

I really hate the rain and floods last week and I just hope it proper solutions are done to fix the floodings of the low lying areas due to garbages.
